Heronhill have jointly announced a new partnership in the UK with Samsung to enhance the manufacturer's spare parts and warranty service, serving heating and cooling contractors nationwide.
Heronhill’s extensive experience in spare part distribution and their stock holding of Samsung spare parts is a big step forward in customer support. In addition, to spare part distribution, Heronhill, in partnership with Samsung’s technical support team, also manage standard warranty parts and labour contribution claims for Samsung Climate Solutions UK “in-warranty” repair work.

Samsung’s reputation in the industry for innovative and quality products is upheld by the array of training options offered on installations and repairs of Samsung products. Although it is not necessary to trade with Samsung to carry out warranty repairs, depending on the engineer’s experience and familiarity with Samsung’s range of equipment and type of repair, it may be required to complete a short online training module to carry out the work.
