Coronavirus Update: Revised Operating Hours


Heronhill is still very much open for business, although we will be operating with a reduced team during the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Our priority is given to urgent requirements such as NHS, Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Food production/storage, Mortuaries and other critical service providers.

As a result of the temporary downturn in business, we have reduced our operating hours at our Wellington office from 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM, Monday to Friday. Although our technical & sales telephone support will be available from 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM.

Our cut off time for despatch of stock items is 2.30 PM, although we will make every endeavour to despatch beyond this time if possible.

During these challenging and unprecedented times, our primary concern is for the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and business partners.

We are closely following Government guidelines and have put in place very secure measures to ensure our staff can continue to work safely.

We have a small team in the office and warehouse who ensure that equipment, components and spares orders can be despatched, on a daily basis.

In order to further protect our staff, we have closed the office to non-essential visitors. Customers wishing to collect are advised to place orders in advance so items can be set aside in a secure area.
