TB3187 - NEW DESIGN OUTDOOR UNITS

New Design Outdoor Units

We have substantially redesigned our outdoor unit range. Whilst the units look more compact than their predecessors, overall dimensions and performance are maintained.

Part numbers of the new units will change for easy identification, the middle two becoming 22 (from 99).
e.g. MCU+15 1/50/230 R407C   changes from 55099002 to 55022002

Introduction of the new style outdoor units will be staged according to cabinet size, as detailed below:

Spares

The condenser fan, motor and guard, and many sheet metal parts are new components and are not backward compatible.
The fan / motor is now only available as an assembly and is common to all units, with either a 4mfd or 5mfd capacitor, depending on unit size.
The tables below show a list of spare parts with new part numbers:
